SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING
Currently, we ship orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally for the moment. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. Please note that we cannot ship python merchandise to California.

We offer a flat rate of $10 on all orders shipped within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping UPS 2Day for all orders shipping within the United States for an additional cost. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.

We will do everything we can to get your order where and when you need it. If you need specific assistance with shipping for an order, please contact us at letschat@sclarandis.com.

Sclarandis currently offers:

UPS Ground - cost: $10
Delivery occurs in 3 to 10 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 10 business days. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

UPS 2-Day - cost: $45
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing that day (excluding holidays and weekends).
Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends).
Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays and weekends).

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

RETURNS


We are confident you’ll love our shoes but in case you just need to return them, we offer easy and free returns on all full price merchandise. Return labels are included in the package you will receive, contact us at letschat@sclarandis.com  if you need a return label or have a question about your order or return. Please make sure you replace the original shipping label on the box with the return label

All Items including those marked “on sale” are eligible for free returns within 21 days from the time of delivery, with a $15 restocking fee.  All returns must be completely unworn and in the original packaging including tags, shoe box, and dust bags. Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to the sender. Visible wear can include dirt, dust  and matting to the new leather outsoles. Footwear returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back. Please note Sclarandis reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements.  

All returned handbags must be securely placed within original wrapping and include all accessories. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.

If you have any doubt your return will be accepted, we kindly encourage you to reach out to us at letschat@sclarandis.com and to include pictures of the item. Please be patient when you send your inquiry, as we're still a small company ...

Here is a tip: always try shoes on a carpeted and clean surface to avoid any sign of wear and scratches on the outsole.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original credit card that was used for payment or in the form of a gift card.

Request a Return :

To return an order, please contact us at letschat@sclarandis.com. Please include your order number for reference along with your shipping address and any information you find relevant. We will email you shipping instruction and a UPS ground packing slip.

Exchanges:

At this time, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges for online orders. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item within 21 days of delivery for a refund and place a new order separately.
